The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. An almost fantasy-like waterscape of a moonlit bay in southern Sweden.
The lighthouse is on Sweden's southernmost point (Sveriges sydligaste udde), Smygehuk near Trelleborg in Skåne (Scania).
Simply beautiful with the moonlight reflecting off the water and the thick clouds intermingled with gaps that show the stars shining through. The long exposure has caught the light from the lighthouse and nearby station keeper's house to form a warm contrast against the blues of the moonlight scene.
I truly enjoyed taking this photo and had it not been for the strong and freezing winds at the time, I could gladly have stood there for hours watching the moon track across the sky.
